Learn from my journey so you don’t lose your account like I almost did.
Trading looks exciting from the outside.
Big profits. Fancy screens. Freedom.
But what most beginners don’t realise is that one small mistake can wipe out your entire account.
Trust me, I’ve been there.
Here are 3 big mistakes I made in my early trading days — mistakes I want you to avoid at all costs.
❌ Mistake 1: Jumping in Without Proper Knowledge or Practice
When I started trading, I was in a hurry to make money.
I watched a few YouTube videos, opened a trading account, and started putting real money on the line.
Result? Losses. Confusion. Frustration.
Trading is a skill, not a shortcut to wealth.
Without a strong foundation, you’re just guessing — and the market punishes guesswork.
📌 Start with learning. Practice on demo accounts. Learn before you earn.
⚠️ Mistake 2: Not Using Stop-Loss
This one hurt me the most.
I took a trade. It went in the wrong direction.
But instead of exiting with a small loss, I kept hoping it would reverse.
It didn’t. The small loss became a huge loss.
A stop-loss is like a seatbelt. You may not always need it, but when you do, it saves you.
📌 Always define your maximum loss before entering any trade. And stick to it.
🗣️ Mistake 3: Trusting Rumours Instead of Doing My Own Analysis
“Heard this stock is going to fly.”
“Big player is buying this!”
“Telegram group ne bola, buy now!”
I followed the tips without doing my own homework.
And I paid the price.
The market doesn’t care about rumours.
It rewards only those who do real analysis and make informed decisions.
📌 If you didn’t study the chart or understand the reason behind the trade, don’t take it.
Final Thoughts:
These 3 mistakes almost destroyed my trading account — and my confidence.
But learning from them changed everything.
If you’re just starting out:
Take your time to learn
Always use a stop-loss
Trust your analysis, not someone else’s noise
💬 Comment "NO MORE MISTAKES" if you promise to avoid these traps in your journey.
And remember — every successful trader was once a beginner…
Those who choose to learn from mistakes, not repeat them.
